One of my favourite paintings from this year!

The River Burn starts high up on Masham Moor, running down through Colsterdale and eventually flowing into the Ure near masham.  It is only about 12miles in length but full of character.  This is a revisited location not far from where the road crosses the river between Leighton and Healy.

This is painted on a cradle support with a 4cm depth and framed in a box frame.
