The pesky Ragwort shakes its seeds with heads of some remaining yellow flowers, and some spent.  The Campions are still in flower after months of blooming and so too the Common Knapweed with its beautiful pinky purple tufts, keeping the bees busy.  Below are the tiny stars of the Lesser Stitchwort.

'Down the Field'  has been a year long project depicting the seasonal and monthly changes in the flora and fauna, inspired by my daily morning walk with Dotty.  There is a strong nod to the Arts and Crafts Movement in their design, which is echoed in the framing.

Framing - Beautifully framed in a high end moulding with deep bevel mount and Art Glass, which reduces reflection but also shows the colours as their true hue.
