The winter breeze passes through.  Every day walking down the field in January you are greeted with a natter chatter of the Long Tailed Tits, still in their family groups.  Clusters of birds dangling , echoing the beautiful purple catkins of the Alder tree, partnering the hard, shrunk catkins from the previous season.

'Down the Field'  has been a year long project depicting the seasonal and monthly changes in the flora and fauna, inspired by my daily morning walk with Dotty.  There is a strong nod to the Arts and Crafts Movement in their design, which is echoed in the framing.

Framing - Beautifully framed in a high end moulding with deep bevel mount and Art Glass, which reduces reflection but also shows the colours as their true hue.
